Results of Sunday's Meeting

It was decided at the meeting that we will be using Total Lawn & Care Landscape as our 2008 landscape company. We have yet to decide on a date to plant flowers.

Victoria Estates Homeowners Trust for $150.00

Please drop your checks off in the mailbox of Larry Costinos, our Association accountant. Please try and have your money to our resident accountant by May 1st.

Meeting March 30th

For those of you who have not checked your mail, there is a flyer being passed out indicating that there has been another meeting scheduled for Sunday, March 30th at 4pm at Paul Parker's house.

The meeting is to discuss the following 2008 landscape quotes.

$3,560.00 A.P. Leitao

$3,175.00 Cryan Landscape (2007 Contractor)

$2,881.00 Total Lawn and Landscape


Our yearly income from the $150 per house is $3,450.00

We have decided to do the plantings ourselves. Since there is not a tremendous amount of funding, a few neighbors have volunteered to plant them one sunny weekend which as of now has yet to be determined. As of today, we will probably plant daylilies with part of the money we have in reserve but that may change with any other helpful ideas.

If you cannot attend the meeting, either drop the flyer off at the mailbox of Paul Parker or email me (m.e.cleary@comcast.net) the company you choose and I will submit all those emails at tomorrows meeting.
